What it is

A ready-made party at a trampoline park. The venue runs the jumping, supervises and usually provides food in a party room. You bring the cake and party bags. Ideal when the house is too small or you want minimal clean-up.

Plan ahead

  • Four to six weeks before: book a weekend slot early - they fill up. Ask what is included: jump time, food, a host, grip socks, invitations.
  • Two weeks before: send invitations with the venue’s waiver link. Most parks need a signed waiver for every child before they jump.
  • The day before: confirm numbers and dietary needs with the venue.

Set the scene

The party room usually comes with tables and plain tableware. Bring a table cover, a banner, balloons and a birthday badge for the guest of honour.

Activities

Free jump and foam pit

Children jump in zones with park staff watching. Ask whether there’s a separate area for under-6s.

Dodgeball

Many parks have a dodgeball court. Ask the host to run a birthday-team versus guests match.

Challenges

Ask staff about a ā€œbest trickā€ contest or a ninja course race if the park has one.

Food and drink

  • Most parks provide hot food (pizza, nuggets and chips) and squash
  • Bring your own cake and candles - check if they allow lighting them
  • Fruit or a veggie platter if they allow outside food

Tips

  • Collect waivers before the day so check-in is quick.
  • Grip socks are usually compulsory; buying them in advance can be cheaper.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to sort shoes and coats.

On the day

  1. Arrival (15 min): check in, put on grip socks and watch the safety video.
  2. Jump session (60 min): free jumping, foam pit and dodgeball court with park staff.
  3. Party room (35 min): food, drinks and the birthday cake.
  4. Goodbye (10 min): party bags at the door.
